Barbara Stamegna
Barbara Stamegna is a painter artist and she’s currently Chief Curator and Art Director at TraDigitalArt. Born in Rome in 1971, she shows a strong inclination for art since childhood, especially for drawing. But it’s only starting from 1991 that she fulfills her dream and she starts dedicating herself to art with great passion.
Since then she has worked on several art projects and collections, using different techniques and mediums. In 2018, in parallel to traditional art, she started working on projects of digital art and applied art.
She received many awards and appointments for the highly professional results and expertise obtained in the art world with her paintings.
She completed her education in the USA obtaining a High School Certificate of Proficiency – Mira Costa High School, Manhattan Bch., California in 1987, and in Italy with a University Degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures – Università degli Studi di Roma Tre – Rome in 1998.
Her paintings are exhibited at the Municipality of Cranston (Rhode Island – USA) and in private collections in Los Angeles (California – U.S.A.), as well as in the National Museum Gli Etruschi of Livorno (Italy) and in Italian private collections.
